I guess it was mostly to vent and "process"
stuff...
Anyway, we all start at zero views.
My highest, in a day, was 106,199.
My lowest is zero.
But that day, when I had all those views...
I didn't know it, until I went back to look.
Because I'm used to maybe 4, if that.
I don't even remember what I wrote that day
that brought in those views.
Mostly just write.
Nothing really set, in my mind,
when I write, on here.
It helps, though.
Writing helps.
I remember telling my paternal grandmother
that I wanted to be a writer.
She was kinda like:
"Don't you want to be
something else?"
I wanted to mail my paternal grandparents
a copy of my diploma lol.
To show them that I did actually "do something."
But nah, they don't know me and I'm okay with that.
She passed away and nobody'd told me.
I found her obituary online.
And my Uncle's obit. Same thing.
I found his on my father's birthday, ironically.
At least I know, right?
They both had cancer.
Which got me thinking
that maybe my father had it....
And he didn't want to
"go out" like that...
I try to think of it that way
instead of him feeling sorry for himself.
Speaking as someone who's wanted to give up.
And was close to doing that.
Enough times to know that...
Maybe there's something to something.
At least I know.
I've really got to organize my place...
I found a shelf someone was throwing out...
Brought it back for my balcony.
I'll set it up for plants.
Don't know if I already wrote about it,
but I got a dart board.
I got an LED strip thing,
to put around the dart board,
but it's not long enough to go all the way around it.
I found a frame
big enough to put the board inside it.
I want to possibly paint the inside of the frame,
ad put LED lights along the inside of the frame,
with the dart board in the frame,
with LED lights around the board, itself.
I've gotta clean up and organize.
Been putting it off to the point it's bugging me.
Then, I feel better for a bit...
I'm not going to let it get bad, or anything...
When it bugs me, it's time to get 'er done.
Just need to organize, etc.
And might find stuff I've been looking for.
I have a case with a lady's phone number inside it.
I want to find it so I can call her.
I miss talking with her.
The pot shop around the corner,
they started a rewards program.
I signed up today and got a free pre-roll.
So did my neighbor and we smoked his lol.
And went to get some free pizza.
Then came back, to hang out,
and fed the pigeons.
They seem to come around
when I'm around
because I've been feeding them.
I thought I ran out of seeds
because I forgot I was storing them
on the balcony.
So I gave them chips.
And they got someone's pizza crust lol.
I saw some ants eating chicken, today.
There were chicken bones on the ground
and ants just covered them...
Didn't think ants would eat chicken.
Ever see that movie called Ants?

Pretty sure that's why they had to spell the other one

Only reason I got this place is because
the lady who lived here, died.
Otherwise, she'd still be here
and I'd still be over there.
I'm getting used to being down here, now.
I'm happy the weather's better, now.
Still haven't figured out a way
to fit everything I want to do this summer
into this summer.
Y'know? At least into the decent weather.
A neighbor told fish guy and I
that we should head to the beach soon
because it's going to be a hot summer.
I don't doubt it.
He said he'll only fish in the "rapids"
when it gets hotter,
because the river freaking reeks. Stinks.
There are some nice places to fish, though,
around the city.
I probably won't be doing any more fishing.
I don't have a license to fish.
I'd get a fine, with my luck.
He's stared writing about fishing, already.
Got a notebook, just for the site stuff.
I haven't connected the domains to my hosting, yet,
or set up wordpress, yet, for them...
But we gotta get the data off the SD cards somehow, too.
Writing's a good start, too, though.

I took a walk through where I met those guys the last week...
Thinking maybe I might run into them. I didn't.
But on my way over to the pub,
I was walking along,
and happened to look down.
An envelope.
I thought, maybe it has an address
so I could slip it into a mailbox or something...
All it had on the front
of the envelope
is an amount,
and a date.
I didn't open the envelope, it's sealed.
I checked it against the light,
definitely looks like there's money in there.
Over $300.
It was near a business, a closed one.
A few.
And a date, yesterday.
Maybe a daily pull.
From one of the businesses?
I don't know.
Have only told one person.
Because been contemplating turning it in.
Because if nobody claims it,
I get to keep it.
Or... I could just keep it.
Most would just keep it.
What if it's someone's who really needs it?
A little old lady or someone...
Money I could put towards something.
Like replacing this computer...
Just crazy that I found money, just like that.
And to think that street's kinda busy-ish.
Someone just dropped it yesterday
according to the date on it.
Crazy that it'd been there all day, today.
Nobody'd seen it until I did...

Or maybe they walked by it,
just thinking it was an envelope, or whatever...

Before this, I found $100 on the sidewalk.
Back in my "old neighborhood."
Sure doesn't feel like it did
when I used to live there.
Has that "I used to live here" feel,
but the "I don't like here anymore" feel.
So weird to see "The Bay" empty, too.
Seems like Amazon's phasing out
a lot of businesses.
The last few times I was in there, though,
the prices were bananas.
But yeah, most I've found on the sidewalk, so far.
Has me hesitating to just keep it.
I know how I'd feel losing that much money.
Especially if I really needed it.
I'd probably be so p*ssed at myself
for losing it.
And if a drug @dd1ct
found that money, it'd already be gone.
Anyway, the lights are on at the stadium tonight.
I wasn't really headed out there, tonight...
But ended up swinging around that way.
There's a water fountain near there.
To fill up my thermos.
I had bought a new one from that liquidation place.
I keep forgetting that place is there, open.
Might find some LED lights for my dart board,
and lights for my balcony.
The lantern, is good,
and I bought a couple of solar lights.
Haven't gotten them working, yet,
but they'd be alright, to get working.
It has a compass in it, also.
It's meant for camping.
Across the street,
someone threw out a couch,
and a mattress,
someone's been sleeping on it.
They put a "plastic mat" on it,
one made of those plastic bags,
like milk bags...
Not the bags the milk comes in,
but the bags that the bags of milk come in.
I think that they get made at the churches
and I've seen them in the "free room"
at HJ's.
And I saw a pair of shoes on it, tonight.
So freaking tired...
I'll probably end up forgetting I found that money.
Waking up, remembering.
Or remembering when I see it in there.
Just really not used to just....
Taking a walk and finding money.
Although, it has happened a couple of times, now.
Going from having a hard time,
to getting ahead...
Feels a lot better than it did.
Was pretty rough the last few months.

Well, as long as I've been here.
Anyway, I went by the stadium to see what was going on,
why they had the lights on.
They were "spraying" the numbers on the field.
I guess getting the field ready for the "season"
I don't think there's been anything going on there,
lately or recently.
And they're spraying the numbers tonight...
Saw a couple of classic cars tonight.
One's a Ford, one's a Chevy.
Both 50s, easily 50s.
BEAU-TI-FUL.
Seen some beautiful gardens tonight, too.
The flowers "sleeping" for the night.
Flowers actually do "sleep."
Some of them "close" at night
and "open" during the day.
I was taught that to help your plants grow,
to turn the pot they are in.
So they can grow towards the light,
in another direction.
It actually works.
Been getting blooms on my plant.
It usually bloomed in the winter,
but been getting blooms on "him"
recently.
Even if I hadn't found the money,
because it's going to be a hot summer.
I don't doubt it.
He said he'll only fish in the "rapids"
