A Second Job!!!

Yesterday I applied for another job and I got it. I started that night. I work from 9:00 - 3:00 at the first job then I have to work from 4:00 - 8:00 on the second one. So now I am at Algonquin where I got my janitorial job, all grimy from cleaning two houses this morning and early afternoon. I'm hoping to go full time on my second job because I think it pays more and I really wanted this job before I even got my first job. It's been ok having two jobs. Especially since I wasn't making enough on the first job.

The people I work with are really nice. a lot of them speak Spanish and I only know limited Spanish like: "Good day, how are you?" sort of stuff and numbers up to ten. I'm leaning though. I listen to them to try to pick up a few words here and there. They get a kick out of it when I try to speak Spanish. It's always good to make people laugh, especially when they mean no harm.

Yeah, since I'm here, I may as well try to get cleaned up a little bit and take a load off before my next shift starts. I just wanted to tell you the exciting news. I'm thinking about quiting my first job, but I'm not sure yet. We'll see how it goes. If it doesn't work out, then I can just quit the first one because who wants to scrub toilets for 8 bucks an hour anyway?
