I Hope It Works Out

Tonight, I hope I started a ball rolling. 

I know a guy who I met through guys I worked with. 

The first guy, was his grandfather. He trained me. 
He was so awesome!

Then, I met his father whom I also worked with. 

Then, I worked with his mother's ex bf.

And the guy was like 10 when I met him. 

Anyway, he made a really cool app. 

Although I won't say what it does, it has to do with gaming. 

So, tonight, I was looking for software companies. 
To contact at least one of them to see if I could get them
to give us an appointment to at least meet with us and talk with us. 

I sent them a link to a video of him testing his app. 

He doesn't know that I contacted the software company. 

If he gets to show them, and they like it, I'll be so happy for him!

It'd be cool if he even gets to work there. 

The company is based in O-town. 

I made a post in a fb about it to find testers for him, 

but a better idea is if we got the software company
to help test it out at the kids' hospital. 

It could be a great experience for them, 
and although they can do some fun things at the hospital...
It's a freaking hospital.

Any chance to forget they are there and why and to just have fun for the day...
What'd be wrong with that?

I can come up with ideas. Just getting ideas to the right people...

Anyway, I really hope it works out for him. 

Seeing a friend doing something awesome, 
of course I'm going to try to support him in doing it. 

If it does work out for him, in a huge way, great!

Never know until you try, right?

I don't mind "trying" to reach out to others
on someone's behalf. 

He's so modest that he wouldn't have done it himself. 

I told them, in the email, that he doesn't know I contacted them. 
Because he doesn't. 

Maybe they'll want to contact him themselves after seeing the video. 
Which is what I'm really hoping they will do. 

I'll give them until the end of next week and I'll contact them again. 

Bugs me most people don't listen to me.

EVEN WHEN I TELL THEM "HEY CHECK THIS OUT."

USUALLY A REASON.

Just takes one person to see potential in it.
Well, one person who can do "something."
I already see the potential there...

I can't be the only one who does.

I'm just kinda excited about it.
And it's not even my thing to be excited about lol. 

Anyway, it'd be so cool if they were like:
"This is exactly what we've been looking for!"

And "We want to hire you!" "Out of the blue."
I'd be so happy for him!!!!

I just told them that I contacted the company and sent them the link.
He seems happy that I did that.

I'd be happy if something comes of it. It might, right?

Pretty exhausted tonight. I went with my neighbor, fishing. 
I recorded some footage for him. 

I'm trying to get him to create his own content. 
He doesn't really "need" me to be there.

Anyone could film it, y'know?

He tries to give me "a hand" when I'm climbing. 

I just don't want to be touched. At all. 

Would he "give his hand" to any of the guys?
They'd tell him to fk off.

We went down by the dam today...
Technically yesterday.
