He had a massive heart attack.
I was being told about him before I got to meet him
because he was still in the hospital
when I moved in.

He's on OXYGEN.

Anyway, he had surgery
and they gave him a year to live.

From what I've heard of him, he's a solid guy.

Someone even asked to borrow 6k from him
