I understand that things come up and I can be pretty understanding
when there's a good reason. If I am not told what is going on,
then how am I supposed to know what is going on?
And it can take as little as 2 minutes to relay a message.
Over the span of 2 days, 2 minutes isn't very much.
Things come up, I get that.
When I'm the last to know, then yes... I'm prone to thinking things.
And no, I shouldn't jump to conclusions.
But to jump to conclusions about me
just because I jumped to a conclusion,
that's still jumping to conclusions.
Instead of explaining to me right from the start.
Communication prevents a lot of miscommunications
and misunderstandings.
Yes, it still bothers me that people do not take 2 minutes to tell me something.
Like telling me something isn't important.
Just tell me the plans have changed. That is all.
That's literally all I need to know.
Not that it really matters at this point.
But if you want to prevent a misunderstanding, communicate!
People don't understand the things they don't know.
Anyway, it's a lesson on all sides.
No, you shouldn't just leave someone hanging.
No, people shouldn't jump to conclusions.
No, people shouldn't have certain expectations.
No, people don't have to base something off one thing.
Yes, people often have a good reason.
Yes, people can take the time to give someone an explanation.
Yes, people can get confused when they don't know what's going on.
But seriously. If something is going on, say that it is.
Instead of leaving someone hanging with no word whatesoever.
It obviously makes a big difference.
