I Can't Remember The Name of It

There's a show from the 80s or 90s
where people call into to a show about ghosts.
They go to the address and investigate live on the show.
I forget the name of this show.
Anyway there's a video on youtube about it...
Been trying to find this video.
They went to this place on the show
and there wasn't anyone there. It was abandoned.
Anyway, they went into the place
because it was the address they received
and when they got there, the door opened.

It was a time warp thing
where the lady who had called them
had passed away a long time ago.
But they received a call with her voice
and aired it live on the air when they got it.
It was a call she had made about rats, not ghosts.
To a pest control place.

I want to find the video to have the full story about that place.
