Haven't written anything since just before my boyfriend came to town.
Things have been nice. My cat seems to like him, too.
We went on a few dates and he met my mother, one brother, and step-father.
One thing I didn't know about B.C is that there aren't many ground hogs.
We saw a few on a walk we went on along the river.
It was a long walk (5 hours) but it got us both out of the apartment.
When we saw the first ground hog, my boyfriend was surprised by it.
Asking me what it was. He'd never seen one before.
I can't imagine never seeing a ground hog. They're all over Ontario.
We've watched an episode of a show called "The Internet Ruined My Life."
It's about how a single post can cause havoc in someone's life.
A single tweet can even get you deported.
Which is one reason I'm glad I don't have facebook anymore.
I never got into twitter. So no worries there.
Also I post anonymously now. Although some people know me.
There's a quote, but I don't remember who it's from. It goes:
"You can become infamous as quickly as you can become famous."
Reminds me of some smut site I heard about years ago.
People say some awful stuff about people on there.
And we can't forget that Ashley Madison leak...
Just another example of how the internet can ruin lives.
