I have not slept yet. I want to, but at the same time I keep thinking. I had a friend in high school and I haven't seen him since we graduated. I haven't seen him since the day of our graduation. I often thought of him and wondered what he was doing, if he was still even in Ottawa... If he was married... Etc.
Well I found him! On Facebook. We had such a long talk tonight. 5 hours! The only other person I talk to for that long is my friend C*****. She kept me on the phone for like 6 hours once. I find it funny that she doesn't know how her battery on her phone keeps dying. She used to live one floor above me, directly across from me. She dated my best friend R****.
Anyway, this is about me finding this guy again... I'm pretty blown away. I didn't know he had this huge crush on me that whole time because he never said anything. I was dating my son's father at that time.
It's amazing that after 10+ years I can still recall things about when we used to hang out. I had this CD called Drum and Bass. I was thinking about that CD recently, too. It turns out I gave it to him and HE KEPT IT!!!
He's always been the BIGGEST sweetheart, ever. We connected on levels that I couldn't with anyone else.
I get to meet up with him on Thursday morning after work! Tomorrow morning! I'm so happy and excited!
