Disillusionment

Today, I did a few things I needed to do. Then, I decided to treat myself to some new books. The books I chose are; Roadside Crosses by Jeffery Deaver (one of my favorite authors). Two books by Joyce Meyer, The Secret to True Happiness and Conflict Free Living. A book about intervention called Choices & Consequences by Dick Schaefer. A book called: Wisdom For The New Millennium by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. (This one I'll probably read first, after Flow.) The Numbers of Hope by Max Lucado. Last, but not least; Perceiving Ordinary Magic by Jeremy W. Hayward. I found this last one very important for me to read because it deals with understanding the way perception works. When people understand perception, they can understand conception. I can then create (conceive) with my mind, my own reality. Full of potential to be reached. Unlimited possibilities. When I say unlimited, I mean without limitations. Without those barriers that were blocking me before. Those barriers create doubt in ourselves.

I recently joined a group called: Overcoming Limitations. I am the only one who limits myself because I am the one who has the issues (barriers). I am the one who can CHOOSE to OVERCOME my limitations.

Anyway, I'll continue this when I get back because I've got another group meeting to go to tonight. Wish me luck! I'm pretty nervous. I get anxious when I don't know what to expect. I can look at it this way: Would I be anxious anymore if I re-conditioned myself to believe that having been pre-conditioned to have expectations made me anxious in the first place?
