Things are getting exciting, for me at least. I rarely get invited anywhere. But today, I found two invitations from friends. One is to a concert on Friday. One of the bands playing, my friend is in. I've never seen his band play, so it is exciting.
The other is to a BBQ and my son and I are both invited. I'm pretty excited about that too.
I haven't been to a live show since I got stood up in college. I was supposed to meet a guy at a bar, was super excited because as you know I don't get asked out very often, but he never showed up.
Popjoy was playing. I like them. I bought a couple of their CDs. I wish I could find the one of their music that I lost. The lead singer has an amazing voice. Sarah, I think her name is. Been years and I still remember her. I just found them on Last.fm. The album I was talking about that I wish I could find is called: Anyone Who Cares. Also found it on itunes. That's the only thing I want for Christmas is that album.
I'm so happy because I found them on Bearshare as well. Brings back lots of memories. Her voice is beyond "WOW".
