Recovery

For whatever reason, YouTube suggested videos I don't usually watch.
The video was of a guy who works with SAR
(Search And Rescue) in the mountains of Taiwan.
Pretty random that the videos came up on my suggested page.
Anyway, after watching a few of those,
other videos started popping up.

One is a channel about divers
who locate vehicles underwater
using sonar technology.
They help solve missing persons cases in America.
It's interesting.

Still having a hard time with this chrome extension.
Seems harder than it first appeared.
They updated the manifest version from 2 to 3.
Version 3 seems to be more of a hassle.

Plus, I haven't the experience with this sort of thing.
It would be cool to have some programmer friends to help me with this.

I thought about going back to a JavaScript meetup
that I attended a few times before the pandemic.

I might meet up with someone there.
I saw one of the chrome extensions asking for donations.
To cover development fees or something.

Anyway, I just want the manifest file to be accepted.
I'm not going to release it to the google store yet.
I want to adjust a bunch of things.
I'm just trying to push it through in the developer mode.
So that I can at least have it for myself, first.
The idea is to learn how to do it.

So that is where I'm at with it.
I'm pretty sure the rest is okay.
It's just this one part....
