Exciting

Started a new kick with a show about the treasure hunters of Oak Island.
The island itself is near Nova Scotia.
I'd heard about it a long time ago, but thought it was far away somewhere.
Well, it's not like Nova Scotia is in my backyard, but it is closer than Bermuda.
Legend has it that there are religious artifacts buried there.
It's been exciting to follow their quest for riches.
Every time they make a new discovery, I want to see what they find next.
It's been a mystery dating back hundreds of years.
From when the first shaft was discovered in 1700's
Coins dating back over 150 years from when they found the shaft
they call the money pit, were found on the island.
I'm totally hooked on this show right now. I find it beyond fascinating.
I love history. I love mystery. Combine the two and... Well, I just love it.
My cat is waiting for me to go to bed, but I'm not ready to, yet.

I went to the Project Catch up night thing at the library tonight.
It was just what I needed. Some time out to go out, do something,
get some work done on one of my projects.
I should save the date for the next one and go to it.
I don't go to the ones at the cafe,
because everyone is supposed to buy something there.
I can't buy anything right now.
Money isn't that great, but at least I'm not where I used to be.
Still working on a few things, and seeing where that takes me.
Who knows? Maybe in a month or two things will pick up for me.
In ways I never expected. I have some ideas.
If any of them go well, or go anywhere at all,
it'll all be worth it someday.
