Glad I Quit Smoking!

When my son was 5 years old. He asked me to quit smoking. I hadn't smoked during his pregnancy. I had quit when I was 17 for 4 years. I don't know why I had started again. Now it's been 5 years since I have smoked a cigarette. Here is a shocking video about how smoking affects the lungs. This is ONE cigarette. Imagine the affects on people who smoke a pack every day! AND not to mention the COST of smoking (financial). A pack of cigarettes just last year cost 10 - 13 dollars! Imagine a pack each day... That is $3,650 dollars on the low side per year and $4,745 per year on the high side. Not that I smoked a pack per day, but I would say that I saved a lot of money. Anyway, here is the video
