Every time I check the stats for that one post, I see them double. Craziness. I'm still trying to figure out why that one has the most hits, ever.... For so many hits, there aren't any comments. Haha. Not about the comments, either. Just kind of funny.
I finished the first season of "Beauty and the Geek" and I started watching the second season. I think it is going to be hard to top the first season though.
Been doing some knitting lately. I have some things to finish for next week. Plus,, a few other projects to start. It seems like there is never enough time to do everything I want to do or need to do. Does anyone else feel like that?
Haven't been feeling the greatest for at least a week now... Not looking forward to work tomorrow night, but I have to go. Unless I'm really sick. Just if I'm sick because of my hernia, then I don't want to stress myself out too much. That would only make it worse.
I keep hearing about this new video game. Grand Theft Auto 5... I have heard about the other ones, too. I think I only tried to play it once. A long time ago. My driving skills really suck. I don't even drive in the real world let alone in a video game. Yeah, it's weird admitting I never learned how to drive... I tried to learn a long time ago but haven't had anyone to teach me since then. One of the best things about not driving is that I don't have to pay for gas or maintenance, for repairs, insurance... I don't have to be responsible for any accidents or traffic tickets. I don't have to go to traffic court. I think it is relatively safe taking the bus. Sometimes though, you have to watch out for other people on the bus. Like watching out for other people on the road.
I don't know where he heard about it, but my son heard about and was telling me about a guy who was stabbed on the bus. He died. The guy who stabbed him stole his ipod. Imagine being killed for an ipod? I couldn't imagine what his family has been through... The guy who got stabbed, he used to work at the grocery store near where my Mom used to live. He was a good kid. It still blows my mind.
Every now and then something messed up will happen on the bus. Whether it is a city bus, or a long distance bus... I still think about that crazy thing that happened on a greyhound bus... It still and always will give me the chills. You never know who is going to sit next to you on the bus. Being that close to strangers is kind of scary. You never know what someone else is going to do. When they are that close you don't have much time, if any to react.
