Dog Sitting

First, before I say anything else, I have to tell you that I didn't have internet for at least a couple of weeks, so I couldn't post a Canada Day or Independence Day posts... So I hope that those holidays were good and were safe for everyone. I didn't get out much for Canada Day. That was when my ex called me and asked me to take our son's dog. I have had him here for over a week now. I don't know how long he's going to be here for. I got him a few toys today and some treats. Hopefully they last a while since now I'm going broke. Haha. I'll probably be broke by the end of the week. I don't get paid again until next week.

Anyway, this dog's name is Buddy and I've known him since he was a little ball of black fur. Now he's a huge ball of black fur. I taught him to jump into the tub because I need to keep him cooled down. It is so hot in this building. I've been losing close to 2 pounds every day in the last week alone just sweating it off in here.  No air conditioning in here and not in the mood to eat much when it is so darn hot in here. I wake up in the middle of the night to make something to eat, if I eat. The other night I made rice and some beef with tomatoes, and sweet n' sour chickpeas in the slow cooker. It does take longer, but all I need to do is prepare it, stir it, and wait longer. Trying to build up an appetite. I went to McD's for lunch today on my way to the pet store. Had lunch for under 5 bucks. I know, I know... McD's.... But sometimes I CRAVE it. I spent too much money on Canada Day and shortly after that. Plus, getting toys for this dog... Oh well, only over a week to go.... Then BAM! Payday!

At first the dog kept pulling me everywhere so I am teaching him how to 'wait' and 'walk nice'. By the time he goes back home he'll be a new dog. I only hope my ex follows through with what I'm teaching him.

Other than that, not a lot has been going on. Sadly, I don't live a very exciting life. I'll probably post some pictures soon, though.
This is Buddy The Dog. He's only 2 years old.

My son made this with his lego on Canada Day.

A recent picture of me. My acne is clearing up!

More pictures to come soon.
